A 3 to 6-month personalized weight management program designed to help individuals achieve healthy weight and lifestyle transformation through scientific, multidisciplinary guidance. The program is especially beneficial for people with metabolic conditions such as pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes, PCOS, thyroid disorders, and obesity-related complications.

Program Process:

  1. Advance Appointment: Register via phone or website between 9 AM – 9 PM.

  2. Initial Assessment: Detailed evaluation by a Clinical Nutritionist, including body composition analysis — BMI, visceral fat, muscle mass, water %, metabolic age, etc.

  3. Medical & Lifestyle Evaluation: Review of medical history, diet patterns, exercise habits, and lab investigations.

  4. Team Consultation: Follow-up with Physiotherapist and Psychologist for fitness and stress evaluation.

  5. Customized Program Duration: Based on weight-loss goals and individual progress.

  6. Monthly Follow-up: Four sessions each month with the Nutritionist, Physiotherapist, and Psychologist until completion.
